Tinted lithograph of the 'Kent' being towed past Gravesend by a steam pilot boat. The 'Kent' was one of the best known frigates of Money Wigram of Blackwall. She made regular passages out to Australia in remarkable speed and time, considering her build and size at 1000 tons (her average to Melbourne was about 80 days).
