An etching of a Dutch East India Company's ship heading toward a busy Dutch port. The ship's stern and tafferel are ornately decorated with human figure reliefs. There are two gun-ports at the ship's stern. The starboard side is lined with gun-ports as well. On the dock, men and women go about their daily lives pulling carts, unloading and loading their boats.
