Tinted lithograph of the starboard-side view of the 'Swiftsure.' According to the description of a duplicate print (PAH9326) at the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich, London, she is inward bound off Dover, with Shakespeare Cliff to the left of her stern. She is shown flying the Green Blackwall line house flag and the 'pilot jack' (signal for a pilot). The ship was built in the United Sates, though Lloyd's Register does not say where, in 1854, and was operated by R. & H. Green on the London to Australia run.
