Frontispiece to an edition of Herman Moll's Atlas Minor, "or a new and curious SET of Sixty two MAPS, in which are shewn all the Empires, Kingdoms, Countries, States, in all the known parts of the EARTH; with their Bounds, Divisions, Chief Cities & Towns, the whole composed & laid down agreable [arch. spelling] to modern History" Lists the countries and regions shown on each of the 62 maps. Elaborate border containing globes, cherubs, maps, a dolphin, and tools of navigation. On verso are inscriptions of two prior owners, making it one of the few Forbes items for which we have any provenance:
"Samuel Shaw 1862"
"John Garter brought this to Brussels[?] May 1780"
