A tinted lithograph of the iron cutter yacht 'Mystery' passing and beating the 'Blue Bell' in a race on the Thames, 23 May 1843. The print is dedicated to Lord Alfred Paget, the owner of the 'Mystery.' The yacht closest to the shore is the 'Blue Bell.' Men on the 'Blue Bell' wave their hats to several figures watching from the bank on the right who also wave their hats in return. Two steamships are in the background.
