Entitled "Instructie Voor de ROODEROEDE, Om ten platten Lande deses Eylands van Walcheren te zuyveren, alle Vagebonden, Land-loopers, mitsgades all die gaan bedelen, zoo Mans als Vrouwen." (English: Instructions for the ROODEROEDE, for ridding the rural districts of the Islands of Walcheren of all Vagabonds, Vagrants, as well as all who go begging, both men and women.)
Below this is the seal of Walcheren as a woodcut, which shows a large spouting whale at sea.
