Plate 25 of 'Historia de la marina real espa̱ola episodios maritimos' lithographed by J. J. Martinez and others. The print depicts the translation of the tomb of Christopher Columbus from the port of San Domingo to the bay of Ocoa, where it was then transported to the ship 'San Lorenzo' to be carried to Havana. In the foreground, naval officers stand in rowboats heading towards the 'San Lorenzo,' which is performing a ship's salute. Columbus' tomb is in a boat underneath a red baldachin. A crowd gathers on the dock to witness the event.
